Time (Transcending) is part of an ongoing exploration of time through light and darkness.
During the day, the work exists quietly-absorbing light. As light fades into evening or darkness, the piece begins to transform, emitting a subtle glow that shifts the viewer's relationship to it. What was once observed becomes something experienced.
This work invites slow observation. Depending on exposure to light and the surrounding environment, its glow may appear more intense or softly subdued, creating a living moment that unfolds over time.
