Casa Los Arcos Studio LLC currently ships within the United States only.

We take care in preparing each order and appreciate your patience as many of our items are made-to-order, small-batch, or carefully packaged artworks.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking.

For orders valued at $100 or higher, shipping insurance may be added at our discretion to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Shipping insurance covers loss or damage that occurs while the item is in transit. It does not cover packages that are marked as delivered but later lost or stolen.

If an insured shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Casa Los Arcos Studio LLC will assist with filing a claim and, if approved, provide a resolution in accordance with the carrier or insurer’s determination.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value or one-of-a-kind items.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

For made-to-order or handmade items, processing times may vary. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated.

 

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Within the United States

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.

 

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Casa Los Arcos Studio LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
