Casa Los Arcos Studio LLC offers original artwork, handmade objects, and small-batch goods. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are handled with care and intention.
Original Artwork, Handmade, and One-of-a-Kind Items
All sales of the following are final:
- Original artwork
- Handmade or made-to-order items
- Jewelry
- Leather goods
- Sculptural or one-of-a-kind pieces
These items may include natural variations, patina, texture, or signs of handcraftsmanship. Such characteristics are part of the work and are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items due to buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or natural variations.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some items are produced through third-party print-on-demand partners.
Print-on-demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:
- manufacturing defects
- items damaged during shipping
If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with the print provider’s policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:
- confirmed shipping damage
- incorrect items sent
- approved print-on-demand defects
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after review.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- buyer’s remorse
- changes of mind
- natural wear or patina
- handmade variations
- items damaged after delivery
- sale items
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Casa Los Arcos Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
- checking with household members or neighbors
- contacting the carrier directly
- filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or documentation, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered.

We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they have questions about materials, sizing, condition, or details of a piece. We are happy to provide additional information to support thoughtful purchases.
